How do I receive my License Key? Once your purchase is complete, the license key is sent automatically to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam folder.

How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

  • You can download your invoice directly from the order confirmation email sent by our payment provider.
  • If you can’t find it, log in to your account on the payment provider’s website (PayPro Global) → go to the Products Details → click Order Details for the app.
  • If you still need help, contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll send the invoice to you directly.

What if I lost my license key?

If you’ve lost your license key, don’t worry – here’s what you can do:

  • Check your email. Look for the original purchase email that includes your license key. It may be in your inbox or spam folder.
  • Check the payment provider’s website. Log in to your PayPro Global account → click Products Details in the left panel → find the app in the product list and click Download License → you’ll receive a text file with the license key.
  • Contact our support team. Email us at support@nektony.com with your order details, and we’ll help you retrieve your key.

With a one-time purchase license, you pay once and use the app forever. You will receive all minor updates and bug fixes for free. Major upgrades may require an additional upgrade fee.

What happens if I change or upgrade my Mac?

Your license is not lost if you switch to a new Mac. Simply uninstall the app from your old computer, download it on your new Mac, and activate it using your existing license key.
