What should I do if I have lost my license key?

If you’ve lost your license key, don’t worry—here’s what you can do:

  • Check your email. Look for the original purchase email that includes your license key. It may be in your inbox or spam folder.
  • Check the payment provider’s website. Log in to your PayPro Global account → click Products Details in the left panel → find the app in the product list and click Download License → you’ll receive a text file with the license key.
  • Contact our support team. Email us at support@nektony.com with your order details, and we’ll help you retrieve your key.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your PayPro Global account, go to the Subscriptions section in the left panel, find the app you want to cancel, and click Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
