2. In the menu bar, click MacCleaner Pro → select License Info…
3. Enter your license key.
4. Click the Activate button.

Yes. MacCleaner Pro provides special tools that allow you to perform a deep cleanup of your Mac hard drive. Use them for the following tasks: analyze your disk space usage, find the bulkiest content, find and remove duplicate files, similar photos, uninstall unwanted apps, clean up broken service files of removed apps, delete extensions, cache, cookies and other unneeded support files, including hidden files.

Cache and other junk files are created regularly when you use your Mac. There is no way to prevent them from appearing. So we suggest you clean up your Mac from unneeded stuff at least once a month. Also, if your Mac’s speed is slow, always use the special helper Memory Cleaner, which will help you to regularly monitor memory usage by apps, free up RAM and speed up your Mac.

Yes. You can use the Pro tool from the software bundle – Duplicate File Finder. Use this tool to compare folders on different disks and find common duplicates.

Install the latest version of MacCleaner Pro. Then run App Cleaner & Uninstaller from its Pro tools and uninstall the previous version of MacCleaner Pro.

App Cleaner & Uninstaller is a part of the MacCleaner Pro bundle. If you have App Cleaner & Uninstaller in the root of the Applications folder just remove this app because there is a copy of App Cleaner & Uninstaller in the MacCleaner Pro bundle folder.

Completely uninstall the app on the old Mac. Then install the app on a new Mac using the same license key.

Once you purchase a license key for the app, the license is automatically sent to your registered email address. In case you don’t see the message, please, check your Junk or Spam folders.

If you purchased with PayPal, the email is sent to the address registered with PayPal.

It is also possible that you registered an incorrect email address. In this case, please contact our support team at support@nektony.com. We will check and send you your license.

If for some reason you need to uninstall MacCleaner Pro, follow these steps:

1. Open MacCleaner Pro.
2. Open Preferences → go to the Advanced tab​.
3. Scroll down and click Remove for uninstalling MacCleaner Pro.
