When Mac users remove apps by just dragging them in the Trash, the service files still remain on its Hard Drive. We call such system files Remains. Remains of the apps which were installed not from the App Store, can be scattered in different locations all over the drive so that it’s not an easy task to find all of them. Moreover, the remains may occupy a significant disk space and over time slow down your Mac’s speed. Fortunately, App Cleaner & Uninstaller allows you to quickly find all the leftovers and remove them with just one click. Today, we will tell you how to find and remove remains on Mac.

How to find the leftovers of already removed apps

  1. Launch App Cleaner & Uninstaller.
  2. Switch to the Remaining Files tab. Here you will find all the leftovers of the apps you used before.
  3. Select all unneeded files and click to Remove them.
